Executive Coaching at Dr. Reid Daitzman, Ph.D.

I AM HERE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CURRENT SITUATION.

Executive Coaching For Already Highly Functioning Doers And Winners

You are a doer and a winner, but need some instant sound advice to guide you, and all this must remain confidential. Or there is a crisis, and you seek to learn from your poor judgment.

Welcome to modern times. To make it, and sustain it in today’s globally competitive climate is plain difficult. Over the last almost half a century the world has changed, and so too the types of problems in living that used to be labeled as “mental health,” but are really “problems in living” experienced by an otherwise healthy and resilient person during a crisis of life cycle change.

This is normal, and happens to everyone. The smart people recognize it and do something about it. If this is you, I am here to help. This short-term problem solving professional service is for doers experiencing a temporary problem in their work or family life or in conflict about multiple matters and priorities, or at a life cycle stage not knowing how to proceed. Often, these are self-referrals, but sometimes “forced’ by others given your recent poor choices.

I can help, and get it. This is not an “alpha-male" or “alpha-female” group motivational jam session program or a “boot camp.” It is 1:1 coaching to help me help you, and is confidential protected by law. To properly “coach” requires seasoned clinical experience. If you read “About” on the first web page, I am your person if you seek sound, scientific feedback in a trusting atmosphere by a therapist who seeks effective change.

This specialized intervention’s goal is increased awareness of current concerns, foresight and an action plan. You are not a “patient,” but just a highly achieving person experiencing some personal or interpersonal problems. And these problems are often self-defeating, and if not addressed become worse.

Fifty years of working with people has taught me a thing or two. I have a life, live in the world and am empathetic to what you experiencing. The paths we choose and the paths that choose us aren't always the easy ones. Sometimes, the struggles of everyday life can overwhelm and stifle you, leaving you without air or space to breathe. At times like these it helps to have someone to talk to: a guide, an outsider, or a seasoned professional with impeccable credentials.

Many successful entrepreneurs in this area of the country have a large monthly “nut” placing great pressure to perform month after month and year after year no matter the mental toll. I have successfully worked with “giants of industry,” world-class elite athletes and “winners” and doers. I was even a “Doers Profile” back in the day appearing in over 200 major magazines over six months

I already coach highly successful business people to maintain their edge in turbulent times: social and personal. We live in a new age of technology and cyberspace. Daily life has forever changed. We are “on,” and accessible all the time. Oftentimes, this takes an emotional toll through “escapist” activities, first pleasurable, but can evolve into poor lifestyle choices, especially when caught between work and family balance impacting performance and family life.

A clinical psychologist is a licensed health care professional trained to diagnose and treat many types of mental health problems. I have been a practicing clinical psychologist for almost 50 years. I am well versed in the variety of problems and focus my treatment(s) accordingly. I have the field's highest earned credential being a Board Certified in Clinical Psychology (ABPP) and many other professional accomplishments and awards.

I specialize in psychotherapy and so called “cognitive behavior therapy" being pragmatic about life and living. I tend to be “prescriptive.” In fact, I was the Editor-in-Chief and contributor of five books used worldwide by other practicing mental health practitioners.

Don't go it alone. Call Dr. Reid Daitzman, Ph.D. today. He is the only one who listens to your phone calls and messages. Remember, all communications are private and confidential.
